Come Home to Your Body

Private, nurturing bodywork for women entering their Second Act.

Dear You,

If you’re reading this, chances are... it’s been a while.

A while since someone touched you with care, with presence, and without expectation.

I work with women entering their Second Act — women who have given so much of themselves to family, career, and community, and who are now quietly asking, “What about me?”

In answering that question, I discovered this work brings out the best in me — to offer the steady, caring presence that so many have long deserved but so rarely received.

I offer a kind of bodywork that isn’t about deep pressure or clinical outcomes.
It’s about reconnection.

It’s about remembering what it feels like to be truly seen, heard, touched and held.
It’s about rediscovering the quiet joy of sensation — and self-acceptance.

My peaceful home studio sessions are unhurried, intuitive, and deeply respectful.

Every session is guided by open communication and explicit consent.
Over time, some clients may choose to explore nurturing touch with less or no draping, always at their own comfort level and with clear permission. Some request the gentle, caring inclusion of breast massage, discussed thoughtfully beforehand. Others enjoy the soothing warmth of stones or towels placed with intention on areas that are often neglected: the belly, the hips, the buttocks, and the inner thighs. At every step, your voice, your boundaries, and your comfort are honored above all else.

This work is never sexual.
But it is sensual — in the truest, most human way.

It honors your boundaries, your pace, and your story.

If something in you says, “I want to feel that,” then maybe it’s time.

I invite you to a session — not just to relax, but to come home to yourself.

Warmly,
Roland Curit, LMT

Philosophy of Embodied Healing

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about remembering what’s been forgotten.

I believe the human body holds memory — not just in the muscles, but in the skin, the breath, the silence.

I work with women, especially in their later years, whose sensuality has been silenced by time, duty, and cultural noise. They’ve spent decades giving, caring, and performing — often without ever being truly held.

In my practice, there is no agenda. No outcome to achieve. No part of the body treated as off-limits because someone else decided it should be. There is only presence, permission, and reconnection — with warmth, stillness, and care.

This is not erotic work.
But it is deeply human.

Embodied healing starts when the body is finally allowed to feel without shame,
without apology, and without having to explain why it matters.

Touch Language Manifesto

My touch is never clinical. It is never performative. And it is never sexual.

My touch is an offering — of presence, of safety, of stillness. It is slow, intuitive, and deliberate.

I touch to remind the nervous system that it’s allowed to soften. I touch in a way that speaks to parts of the body that have gone quiet from neglect, shame, or disuse.

I touch as a way of saying: You’re still here. You’re still worthy. You still belong.

I use hands, stones, heat, and intentional stillness. I cradle, I hold, I trace patterns of release across skin that has learned to armor. And when I meet vulnerability, I don’t rush it — I stay with it.
